Animation sound clip

I recommend not using ear phones and listening to this product with full volume to here all silent and significant sounds.

For this project, I was giving an animation video clip with no sound or effects added to it. I was then expected to record, edit and add my own ambient sound, sound effects and dialogue to the video clip in order for the clip to sound how it should be. We was not giving the animation film title or anything where we could download the sound so it meant that we had to plan and record all of our own sounds for the clip. To do this I used a small recorder to record directional sound and I used the software Premiere Pro to add my sounds to the clip and make the sequence. Below is the planning of this project as I used a sound spotting sheet to plan and write down how exactly I was going to create these sound effects.

Sound for my Silent Film Production

For this production, we had to create our own ambient sound, dialogue and sound effects for our Silent Film Production. I also chose to add in a basic instrumental sound track to send the pace of the scene. The production is much like the sound for the 'Feast' animation only we our adding our own sounds in for our own visual production. I liked the outcome of this as it sets a steady pace and beat in time with the actions of the visuals. However, I feel that this can be deeply improved.

I recommend not using earphones and having the volume on 3 bars out of the 16 on the mac desktop. I do not recommend a loud volume at all.
